1. The impugned order remits the matter back to the Addl. District Magistrate for a fresh consideration after hearing both the parties. There is no stay of the impugned order during pendency of the present Writ Appeal. Consequently, the Court is of the view that with the impugned order already having been worked out, no useful purpose will be served in entertaining the Writ Appeal at this stage.
