This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. 3.

Perused the record. The petitioner has filed this writ petition claiming Trained Graduate Scale of Pay.

A counter affidavit has been filed by opposite party no.3, paragraphs-6 and 7 thereof, read as under:

"6. That, as the applicant acquired only B.A. Ratna and M.A. in Hindi which is not the qualification prescribed in the Govt. resolution dated 18.02.2008 and 27.10.2014. 7.

That, for the training qualification he has to acquire Hindi Shiksha Parangat or Hindi Teachers Training Certificate Course (HTTC) or Bachelor of Hindi Education (BHEd) in addition to the Bachelor Degree with Hindi. According to the first part of the prescribed qualification of the circular he acquired Bachelor Degree but he has not acquired Hindi Shiksha Parangat on B.Ed. in Hindi." 5.

In view of the submission made in paragraphs-6 and 7 of the counter affidavit, the claim made by the petitioner cannot sustain in the eye of law.
