On verification of the instruction supplied to the learned State counsel, this Court observes that the proceeding involved herein has already dropped since 25.11.2021. Cause of action involving the Writ Petition does not survive. Learned counsel for the Petitioner wants to withdraw the Petition with liberty to approach under appropriate law. 2.
The Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, but however, with liberty as prayed for.
