1. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode. Order No
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:
(i) to regularize the applicant in the post of Asst. Surgeon in Class-I(Jr.) of State Medical & Health Services Cadre from the date of his initial appointment without affecting his seniority.
(ii) to direct the Respondents to allow the applicant to avail his P.G. course and other courses as are available to the similar regular employees.
(iii) to direct the respondents to pay regular increments on the basis of the initial appointment of the applicant and other perquisites and (iv) Any other/alternative order as deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case be also passed.

It is submitted that even though the petitioner is continuing as an Asst. Surgeon pursuant to order dated
// 2 // 30.5.2007 to till date, but the said opp. parties are not taking any step to absorb him in the regular establishment. The Petitioner though has approached the Opp. party No.1 under Annexure-6, but no decision has also been taken on such prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the submission made that the petitioner is continuing as on date since 30.5.2007, the petitioner is granted liberty to make a fresh representation before Opp. party No.1 claiming his absorption in the regular establishment.

It is observed that if any such application is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of, taking into account the order passed by the Hon'le Apex Court as well as this Court. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.
