1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. G.R. Sethi, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.P. Das, learned Addl. Standing Counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. It is contended that the order of discharge though has been quashed by this Court while disposing the matter vide order dtd.17.08.2022, but the Authorities are not taking any step to reinstate the Petitioner in his service.

4. In view of the same this Court while disposing the I.A., directs the O.P. No. 2 to take a decision on the claim of the Petitioner for reinstatement within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order.

5. I.A. is disposed of.
