1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail for the offences under Sections 341/294/323/325/506/324/307 IPC.

3. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the material on record and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders in connection with Gurudijhatia P.S. Case No.148 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 577 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Athagarh within a period of two weeks' hence and moves for bail, he shall be released on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further conditions that he shall appear in person before the

// 2 // court below on each date of posting of the case unless specifically exempted by the court concerned. The learned Court in seisin over the matter has also to look into the antecedent of the petitioners, if necessary, by admitting the petitioners provisionally till receipt of the information, if he so desires keeping in view the gravity. .
