There is no proper filing of the Writ Petition as the same has been filed in absence of proper documents. This Court, therefore, permits the Petitioner to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition with relevant documents. 2.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn but however with liberty as prayed for.
