The Petitioner in this RPFAM seeks to assail the order dated 17th October, 2022 (Annexure-3) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in C.P. No.602 of 2017, whereby he rejected an application filed by the Opposite Party. 3.

In view of the defect, as pointed out by the S.R., Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM seeking liberty to file a properly constituted petition. 4.

Granting such liberty, this RPFAM is disposed of as withdrawn.
