This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

This is an application for modification/correction of the order dated 31.10.2022.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that W.P.(C) No.28479 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 31.10.2022, but inadvertently some typographical errors occurred in 6th line of papragraph-4, the words "clause(b)" instead of the words "clause 7(c)" and in 3rd line of paragraph-6 the words "(Jr. Batch)" instead of the words "(Jr. Branch)". Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that in 6th line of paragraph-4, it be mentioned as "clause 7(c)" in place of "clause(b)" and in 3rd line of

// 2 // paragraph-6, it is mentioned as "(Jr. Branch)" in place of "clause(b)". Rest part of the order remaining the same. 6.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
