1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The original application, which was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar, has later been transferred to this Court after abolition of the OAT.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners belong to Level-V teachers belonging to Delang Block in the district of Puri. The petitioners challenge the legality and validity of the Government Notification dated 01.07.2014 under Annexure-3 on various grounds.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the matter pertaining to the year, 2014, he does not have any instructions from the petitioner regarding his promotion. He further submits that since the matter pertaining to the year, 2014 and such promotion might have complied with, the writ petition has become infructuous.

5. In view of the above, the WPC (OA) stands disposed of as infructuous.

6. The petitioner is free to approach this Court, if any cause of action survives.
