3. Since this is a case of Rehabilitation Appointment, this Court after going through the materials available on record finds that the claim of the Petitioner is pending consideration before the O.P. No. 4 under Annexure-9.

4. Therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits of this case, this Court directs the said Opp. Party to take a fresh decision on Annexure-9 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order.
