This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the notice dated 20.10.2022 under Annexure-5 and to issue direction to opposite party no.5 to issue a regular approval of his service from the date of his appointment till date and disburse all consequential service benefits including update service in his favour within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.5 vide Annexure-3 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.
As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.5 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-3, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
