This contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 4th February, 2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.27022 of 2019 by which the writ petition was disposed of.

S.R. has pointed out that there is a delay of 634 days in filing the contempt petition.

As the contempt petition is barred by limitation, I am not inclined to take cognizance of the same.
