1. This is an application for modification of order dated 31st October, 2022.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks extension of time to surrender before the learned court below pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 31st October, 2022.

3. Unfortunately, the interlocutory application has been filed much after the expiry of the period by which the Petitioners were supposed to surrender. Be that as it may, as a last chance, the Petitioners are allowed two weeks' time to surrender before the learned court below subject to deposit of Rs.200/- to the High Court Bar Association Welfare Fund, the receipt of payment thereof be furnished to the learned court below along with the application.
