This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

When the matter was last taken up on 23.06.2022, learned counsel for the petitioner who had earlier appeared for the petitioner submitted that he had no instruction as the brief had been released. Accordingly, the following order was passed granting another opportunity to the petitioner:- "2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 16.12.2021 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.

3. On perusal of the available order-sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that notices were issued on 15.05.2015 and the matter was never taken up/pursued after 16.05.2017.

4. Mr. Jena, learned counsel submits that the brief has been transferred and he has given consent to the petitioner to engage any other counsel.

5. None appears for the petitioner today. To grant another opportunity to the petitioner, list on 29.07.2022.

6. The name of Mr. S.B. Jena & Associates, learned counsel for the petitioner be deleted from

In view of lack of prosecution by the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of.
