Instant I.A. is filed for modification of the Court's order dated 28th November, 2022 passed in CRLMC No. 3182 of 2022. 2.

Mr. Pradhan, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that despite a direction of this Court dated 28th November, 2022 for the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below, they could not do so. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the time may be extended in order to enable the petitioners to surrender in compliance of the Court's order dated 28th November, 2022.

For the reason stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 4.

Consequently, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the court of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Khurda

in S.T.Case No. 87 of 2019 corresponding G.R. Case No.67 of 2015 on or before 9th March, 2023 to comply with the direction of this Court order dated 28th November, 2022. 5.

The rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 6.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
