1. Learned counsel for the State submits that there are criminal antecedents against Petitioner No.2 - Subash Chandra Mohanty.

2. On the basis of the fact that no F.I.R. has yet been registered involving the present Petitioner, he is permitted to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file in case any fresh cause of action arises.

3. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
