Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the case of the petitioner is covered by the order passed by this Court dated 23.09.2022 in W.P.(C) No. 17602 of 2022 (Fulbas Ekka v. State of Odisha and others) and this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the order passed in the said case.
