1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal as provided in law.
2. If the appeal is filed not later than 1st August, 2022 accompanying an application for condonation of delay, it will be considered by the appellate authority on merits.
3. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the contention of the Petitioner.
4. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for in the above terms. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
