3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner makes quash the gradation list under Annexure-7 in so far as it relates to placement of petitioners name in the gradation list of Addl. Superintendent of Police as on 1.09.2013.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner raised in this Writ Petition has already been redressed.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed.
