Heard Mr. P.K. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. K. K. Gaya, learned Additional standing Counsel for the State.

As it appears from the record, that the learned counsel for the petitioner was absent on 01.01.2022 and today none appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. 4.

The prayer in the present CRLMC is to direct the Opposite Parties " to add offence under Section-304(B) of the I.P.C. to the charge sheet ".

Ex-facie the prayer as made is misconceived. It is open for the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy as provided under the Criminal Procedure Code.

With such observation, the CRLMC stands disposed of. 7.
