Mr. Sahoo, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant and submits, there has been deliberate and wilful violation of directions made in order dated 2nd May, 2022, of co-ordinate Bench, disposing of his client's writ petition.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of alleged contemner and hands up order dated 13th July, 2022 (copy served to Mr. Sahoo in Court), from where a paragraph is extracted and reproduced below. "As per guideline, he is eligible to get such benefits under Rural Housing scheme and his name is already included as eligible beneficiary in the Awaasplus inclusion list. After receipt of the priority list from Government of India, house could be sanctioned in his favour."
