1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. S.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.P. Das, learned Addl. Standing Counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.
3. The present writ petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:- "i. This Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to admit the O.A., issue notice to the respondent, call for the relevant records and after hearing the counsel for the Parties, allow the application by directing the opposite parties to allow the applicant to join as Panchayat Executive Officer at Banpur Block and permit him to discharge his duties in the aforesaid post;
ii. And pass any other order(s) as would be deemed fit and proper be issued."

4. Considering the nature of claim made in the writ petition, this Court while disposing the writ petition, permits the Petitioner to move an appropriate application before the O.P. No. 2 within a period of three (3) weeks from today.
5. It is observed that if such an application is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opp. Party No.2 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such application. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the Petitioner.
6. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
