This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Defect pointed out by S.R. be removed within three days. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to settle the wrongly credited GPF contribution made by the petitioner which is lying unsettled.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the grievance of the petitioner has already been recommended by the Principal-opposite party no.4 before the opposite parties 2 and 3 under Annexures-7 series and 8 series, but no decision has yet been taken by the said authorities.

In view of the above, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party nos.2 and 3 to take a decision on the recommendation made by opposite party no.4 under Annexures-7 series and 8 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
