1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.
2. This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail for the offences under Sections 286/323/304-A/201/34 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of the Explosive Substance Act.
3. Keeping in view the fact that the husband of the Petitioner has been succumbed to the injury and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the material on record and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender in connection with Khamar P.S. Case No.203 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 477 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Angul within a period of two weeks' hence and move for bail, they shall be released on such terms and conditions as would
// 2 // be deemed just and proper by the said court with further conditions that they shall appear in person before the court below on each date of posting of the case and subject to verification of the criminal antecedent, if any, against the Petitioners.
