Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.
This writ petition involves the following prayer: "Therefore the petitioner humbly prays that, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue RULE NISI calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why the National Saving Certificate bearing No.652985, dt.8.7.1976 shall not be returned in favour of the petitioner immediately.
AND And as to why the appeal field under Anenxure-2 shall not be disposed by the Opp. Party No.2 within a stipulated time. And And/if the Opp. Parties do not show cause or show insufficient cause then the RULE be made absolute."

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Annexure-2 is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-2 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ
petition within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.
