Mr. Jena, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner. He submits, his client seeks appoint of Non-Hereditary Trust Board. His client has made representation dated 10th August, 2022 to opposite party no.3. He submits, there be direction upon said opposite party to consider his client's representation.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State.

Instead of directing issuance of notice on opposite party no.3, we direct said opposite party to consider and deal with petitioner's
// 2 // said representation dated 10th August, 2022. Petitioner will approach said opposite party with this order and copy of said representation. Said opposite party will make known result of the consideration regarding formation of Non-Hereditary Trust Board, to petitioner by four weeks from communication.
