This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
Order No 2.
Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Necessary order / orders be passed so as to declare the impugned advertisement under annexure-4 as illegal and arbitrary.
(ii) Necessary direction / directions be issued directing the respondents to accept the application form of the applicant for the post of MPHW(F) and consider the candidature of the applicant along with other candidates.
(iii) Or in alternative any other appropriate order / orders, direction / directions be issued so as to give complete relief to the applicant as deemed fit and proper in the above given facts and circumstances of the case".

This Court after going through the order dated 19.02.2016 finds that there is no interim order permitting the petitioner to either make the applications or for its consideration during pendency of the matter.

Since advertisement is of the year 2016 and process of selection has been completed, the relief as claimed in the writ petition cannot be granted to the petitioner. Not only that the selected candidates have also not be impleaded as party to the writ petition.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
