The Original Application No.1452 of 2015 was filed before the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No.1452 of 2015.

The Petitioner has come up with a prayer for direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to accept her joining report dated 11.3.2014 and allow to perform her duty as Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) in Sardar Vallavbahi Patel Post Graduate Institute of Pediatrics, Cuttack.
