Heard Mr. G.R. Sethi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Balabantaray, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 3.
The petitioner in this writ petition seeks to direct the opposite parties to allow him to continue under the old pension rules. 4.
Mr. G.R. Sethi, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the case of the petitioner is covered by the order of this Court dated 10.01.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 901 of 2017. 5.
In view of the above, the present writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the observation/direction given in the order dated 10.01.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 901 of 2017. The authorities shall consider the same and pass appropriate order in the light of the said judgment, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of the certified copy of this order. 6.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
