This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) To allow this application.

(ii) To direct the Opp. Parties to allow / release the final pension and arrears to the applicant.

(iii) To consider and to dispose the representation of the applicant dated 12.12.2014 within the stipulated period taking into consideration his long years of retirement.

(iv) To pass any other relief/ beliefs to which the application is entitled to, which the Hon'ble Tribunal deems just and proper in the interest of justice".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the competent authority by enclosing all the relevant

// 2 // documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the competent authority shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of three months. The decision so taken by the competent authority be communicated to the Petitioner within that time.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
