Heard the submission of learned counsel for Petitioner. 2.
There is a serious allegation of abrupt seizure of the shop room no.8. On the premises of loss of livelihood for such conduct of the public authority the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 has already made a request to the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Angul. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that on the asking of the Collector, the representation at Annexure-3 has been handed over to the Secretary of the Collector.

Considering that the matter is pending before the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Angul, this Court to avoid any further loss of time, directs the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Angul to show outcome on the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3, by completing the entire exercise within a period of one month from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order along with a
// 2 // copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner and if necessary involving the Petitioner as well as the persons likely to be affected. 4.
