Heard Mr. R. Achary, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that against the notice of eviction, the petitioner preferred an appeal, but the same having been rejected, the petitioner preferred a revision petition, which is pending before the authority. During pendency of the revision petition, again notice dated 21.10.2022 under Annexure-4 has been passed. 4.
Since the Revision Petition is pending before the authority, it is open to the petitioner to approach the said authority by filing I.A. bringing to his notice about the notice dated 21.10.2022 under Annexure4, which shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law before the petitioner is evicted.
