The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to set aside the order dated 28th October, 2020 (Annexure-5) passed by the Sub-Collector, Boudh in RMC No. 23 of 2020 filed under Section 22 of the Odisha Land Reforms Act, 1960.

In course of hearing, Mr. Satapathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of the ratio decided in the case of Alekh Chandra Rath and others -v- Commissioner of Land Records and Settlement, Odisha and others, reported in 1989 (2) OLR 135, the Petitioner has remedy to file an application for review of the impugned order.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.

The Petitioner, if so advised, may work out his remedy in accordance with law.
