This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.1456 of 2015 was filed before the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No.1456 of 2015.

The Petitioner, holder of Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology Course claims to have been selected through a regular selection process and was issued order of appointment on 4.09.2007. It is the case of the Petitioner that even though the Petitioner has completed six years of service, his case has not been considered for regularization.

When the matter is called today for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that she has no instruction in this matter.

By efflux of time, the matter has been rendered infructuous. 6.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous granting liberty to the Petitioner to revive the petition within a period of 90 days from today, if any cause of action still survives. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
