Considering that the Demarcation Case No.146 of 2022 is pending before the Tahasildar, Rasulpur, this Court while disposing of the Writ Petition directs the Tahasildar, Rasulpur- Opposite Party No.3 to conclude the Demarcation Case No.146 of 2022 within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner but however involving all the parties concerned. 3.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
