Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) Let the original application be admitted notices may be issued to the respondents and after hearing the parties this Hon'ble Tribunal be graciously pleased to quash the clarification letter No.12981 dated 17.08.2014 vide Annexure-6 issued by the Respondent No.1.

(ii) Let it be declared that the resolution No.21679 dated 26.06.2013 of the Finance Deptt. Vide Annexure-3 holding that the scale of pay of Staff Nurses shall be revised under the ORSP Rules, 2008 on completion of their 3 years service in regular scale of pay is correct.

(iii) Let the applicant be given any other relief(s), she is entitled to be granted in her favour".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opp. Party No.1 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opp. Party No.1 shall do well to dispose of the representation, taking into account the stipulation contained in the Finance Department Resolution dated 26.06.2013 within a period of three months. It is also observed that financial benefit if any be also disbursed within a further period of three (3) months, if the claim is allowed by the Opposite Party No.1.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
