1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the petitioner at the time of call.

3. The petitioner was working as Deputy Director in the Department of Mass Education & vide order dated 21.05.2014 he was directed to work as District Education Officer, Malkangiri on deployment. Because of some transfer difficulties to join at Malkangiri he approached the Hon'ble Tribunal vide O.A. No. 1651 of 2014 praying for quashing of the impugned order.

4. In the meantime, the petitioner must have been retired as at the time of filing the present Writ Petition he was 52 years old in the year 2014 and now he has already reached the age of retirement. Hence, there seems nothing to be surviving anymore.

5. In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
