ORDER
15.11.2022 Order No.
01.
1.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
3.
This is an application under Section 389(2) read with Section 439 of Cr.P.C for bail pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal No.09 of 2022 before the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Chhatrapur, Ganjam. 4.
Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that while being released on bail during trial, the Petitioners have neither committed any overt act nor misused the trust reposed in them. 5.
Considering the same and keeping in view the bleak chance of early trial, this Court directs the Petitioners to be released on bail. Terms of release to be fixed by the learned trial court. 6.
Accordingly, the CRLMA stands disposed of.
7.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules. (V. NARASINGH) Judge PKS
