This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No. 1458 of 2015 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No.1458 of 2015. 3.

The Petitioner sought for a direction for correction in the seniority list maintained in respect of NMR/DLR/HR prepared on 29.06.1997.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that though counter has been filed, the same has not yet been served on the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Mr. J.K. Khuntia, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner does not want to pursue this matter any further. Hence, he does not want to press this writ petition. 6.

In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
