2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "Respondents be directed to grant T.G. scale to the application from date of his appointment as has been extended to Hindi Teachers dated 18.2.2008 under Annexure-5 and classical teacher dated 5.9.2011 under Annexure-6 The Respondents be directed to re-fix the pay of the applicant granting T.G. Scale from the date of appointment and release the arrears as due admissible, within a date to be fixed by this Hon'ble Tribunal."

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-12 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of
// 2 // the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
