This Court also finds, there have been a lot of discrepancies in the Writ Petition. When the Petitioner claims that she has filed Bebandobasta Misc. Case in 2018, Court Brief at Page-16 clearly discloses the case claimed to have been filed in 2020. Turning to Page-9 of the Brief, this Court finds, there is probably stage managing in bringing the Writ Petition to this Court. 2.

At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal the Writ Petition with liberty to move the Competent Authority in appropriate petition.
