1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. Order No.

2. The Petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Tahasildar, Narasinghpur, opposite party no.2, under Section 15(b) of the Orissa Survey and Settlement Act, but simultaneously he has approached for review of the said order, which is stated to be pending.

3. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and dispose of the same giving liberty to the Petitioner to move the court concerned for expeditious disposal of the review petition.

4. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
