The Petitioner in this RPFAM seeks to assail the order dated 24th September, 2021 (Annexure-3) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur in Criminal Proceeding No.35 of 2020, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- per month to the Opposite Party towards interim maintenance from the date of filing of application, i.e. from 5th January, 2021.

In course of hearing, Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of RPFAM.

Accordingly, the RPFAM is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

Certified copy of the impugned order under Annexure-3 shall be returned to the learned counsel for the Petitioner on substitution of attested photocopy thereof.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
