Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner to the effect that there are number of criminal antecedents standing to the credit of the present Petitioner, this Court is not inclined to allow the modification as sought for in this Interim Application. Accordingly, the prayer for modification is rejected and the I.A. stands dismissed.
