This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
Order No 2.
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) The Original Application be allowed.
(ii) The respondents be directed, especially the respondent no.3 and 4 be directed to modify the order of regularization dtd.6.8.2015 under Annexure-11 to the extend so far as applicant is concerned regularizing the service of the applicant against the petitioner of Resource Instructor with the scale of Rs.9300/- to Rs.34,800/- with G.P. of Rs.4200/- w.e.f. 17.9.2013.
(iii) The respondents be directed to release the arrears after re-fixation of pay of the applicant attached to Post of Resource Instructor.
(iv) The respondents be further directed to calculate and release the arrears, within a date to be fixed by this Hon'ble Tribunal.
// 2 // (v) Such other order / orders be passed granting complete relief in favour of the applicant".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.4 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.4 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of three months. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.4 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. It is observed that the said authority while taking a decision the communication issued by the Government on 22.01.2016 under Annexure-14.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
