This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner Jharana Pradhan in this writ petition has challenged the selection of opposite party no.6 Liza Pradhan under Annexure-7 so also her appointment as

// 2 // Anganwadi Worker for Ainlapali Anganwadi Centre in the district of Sambalpur under Annexure-8 Learned counsel for the State has pointed out from the Guidelines for Anganwadi workers dated 02.05.2007 issued by the Government of Odisha, Women and Children Development Department that the A.D.M. is the appellate authority for hearing complaints regarding selection of Anganwadi workers for tribal and rural projects and urban projects.

In view of such submission made by the learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition in order to approach the Appellate Authority.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
