This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) Admit and allow the O.A.

(ii) To quash the impugned decision / order dtd.16.10.2014 bearing Letter No.17/PRO04-918016887 vide Annexure-6 issued by the Respondent No.1 and declare it as illegal, unconstitutional and not binding to applicants.

(iii) To order for obsurption of the applications in Class-IV regular establishment holding his respective peon posts under B.D.O., Gop of Puri District.

(iv) To order the Respondent to observe these applicant in said existed vacant post with all service benefits.

(v) Pass any other order / orders in favour of applicant as deemed just and proper".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.2 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of three months. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.2 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
