Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has already convicted in connection with Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.33 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.345 of 2020 in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Bhuban. He further submits that the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing Criminal Appeal and he has been granted bail by this Court. In such view of the matter, the bail application has become infructuous.
