Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to carry out necessary correction in the cause title of the petition in Court today. 2.

The IA is filed for correction/modification of the order dated 28th September, 2022 passed in CRLMC No.3194 of 2022. 3.

For the reason stated therein, the IA stands allowed. Necessary correction be carried out as has been prayed for and the correction order be read hereafter as such.

Furthermore, the period of surrender which has expired in the meantime is extended and the petitioner is directed to comply the Court's order dated 28th November, 2022 passed in CRLMC No.3194 of 2022 and to surrender before the learned court below on or before 20th January, 2023.
